Our chocolates are made with real couverture dark chocolate: no palm oil, no stabilisers, no preservatives, which means they are naturally sensitive to heat.

We take thoughtful seasonal measures such as insulating parcels and choosing faster courier services. However, once your order has left our facility, we are unable to control temperature exposure during transit and therefore cannot accept responsibility for heat-related softening or melting.

If your products arrive softer than usual, simply place them in the fridge or a cool space to allow them to firm up. This does not affect their quality, safety, or flavour.

By placing an order during warmer periods, you acknowledge that some risk of softening may occur in transit and agree to accept this risk.
