Returns

We pride ourselves on giving you the best quality products, and we take all issues relating to quality very seriously. If you purchased a product that doesn’t taste right, or tastes different to how it usually does, please email us at hello@crumblecharms.com.au with the name of the product, the expiry date, and a picture. Our team will use this information to investigate further and ensure we resolve the issue in the best possible way for you.

We will fully refund the cost of any products if one of the criteria below applies:

  1. The products are not what you ordered
  2. The delivery is of incorrect quantity
  3. If you have not received the products ordered (other than providing incorrect delivery details)

We will arrange for the products to be returned to us. We have the right to make any refund due in whatever way we choose. Please see our terms and conditions for further information. By submitting an order on this website, you are agreeing to the terms that appear on our Purchase contract.
