We use real organic dark chocolate that’s free from palm oil, preservatives and stabilisers, which means our chocolates can be a little sensitive to heat.

Once your order leaves our facility, we no longer control the temperature and handling in transit. While we insulate your parcels in warm weather and use quick couriers, delivery is by road and your order can spend time in a truck or overnight in a depot.

If you receive your order and the products are a little softer than usual, pop them either in the fridge or in a cool place to let them firm up. Thanks to extensive research and development, your product will not be ruined and the efficacy of the ingredients will still stay intact, although they may not hold the complete shape.
